On a monthly plan too? Your plan credits are always spent first — a pack is only drawn on once those run out, or for a voice your plan doesn’t include.
How credits work
Credits are spent per character based on the voice tier. Your monthly credits stretch furthest on Standard voices and are used fastest on Ultra — one Ultra character costs the same as six Standard characters.
Monthly credits refill at the start of each billing period and don’t roll over. Credits from a one-time pack are separate: they last until their expiry date, survive a plan change, and are only spent once your monthly credits are gone.
